Legend has it that the Sidamo region of Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee – over 1,000 years ago. This is where arabica trees first grew. Our Ethiopian Sidamo single origin coffee is special to us because of its rich history and rich flavor! It provides a full body with floral aromas. Because of the very high altitudes where these premium arabica trees grow, the coffee is very low acidity, displays fruity notes and a sweet aftertaste. Our Ethiopian Sidamo coffee is sun-dry processed with the coffee cherry still attached – a method that requires more processing time but allows for a more distinct and delicious end-result.
